The hotel features beautifully updated grounds that reflect a modern yet nostalgic California vibe. My room was spacious with a nice view, and I enjoyed access to complimentary bicycles for exploring the area. However, there were some clear downsides, such as inconsistent housekeeping and underwhelming dining options that didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Room 4220 was spacious with a balcony overlooking the quieter pool area, though it missed some basic amenities like a full-length mirror and the TV wasn’t smart.

While some staff were accommodating, overall service felt lacking, particularly during our late arrival where bell service wasn't offered, even though it was noted that it was available the next day.
